Candidates will receive e-reward cards which they can redeem against spa days, treatments, sporting events, meals out, days trips or redeem against (CPD) Continuous Professional Development.
- You can gain points at the point of hire, at the end of your probationary period, or on receipt of exceptional client feedback.
- What’s more at the end of each P3CL business year we will draw one lucky candidate from the rewards bank and they will scoop a weekend away for 2 at a Luxury Spa venue in the UK.
REFERRALS
You can earn reward points too if you refer a friend/colleague or introduce a new client to our business. At the point they are placed, or the client hires their first candidate through P3CL since your introduction, you will be rewarded as our way of saying thanking you.
