ABOUT WLG
The Women’s Leadership Group consists of male allies and female leadership from all sectors of UK businesses, charities and public sector, who all share the desire and commitment to change the bias on women achieving main board positions in male-dominated sectors.
We challenge the executives and boardrooms across the sectors and encourage them to take an active role in our mission of change by inviting them to identify the barriers to entry through a working group approach.

Vicky Brook
Chair of the Women’s Leadership Group, Founder & Business Lead at P3CL, Chartered Fellow FCIPD and FREC
A Chartered Fellow CIPD, Vicky Brook has a wealth of experience in executive management across a diverse range of sectors including MMC, HR, Banking, and Receivables Recovery. She has first-hand experience working in other male-dominated industry sectors and has the benefit of operating at CEO level, leading a European board for a US-based business, something she achieved whilst bringing up 2 daughters.
She broke through into the boardroom before she turned 30, and Vicky’s passion and focus is now on enabling talented women to reach their full potential within the C-suite, having spent 5+ years as a non-exec for a leading MMC provider.

How the Women's Leadership Group Works
We whole heartedly encourage male leadership allies and female SLT/C-suite members from all sectors, to join our community and help support their business on its gender diversity journey in the safety of a close-knit group of trusted game changers from diverse sectors.
We host quarterly meetings inviting guest speakers to talk, including wellbeing and women’s health. There is carefully curated content selected by the Chair - Vicky Brook, featuring inspirational and thought-provoking material with an opportunity for debate and Q&A, ensuring our members take away at least one positive action.
We facilitate discussions in a safe and confidential environment, enabling all our WLG members the opportunity to share real life business issues, for the group to debate and help resolve.
As well as business goals this time away from the business in the company of like-minded game changers, enables networking and reflection to stimulate initiatives to take back to their businesses.
We also encourage our members to get involved in our working groups, we aim to host at least three each year, these are thought led sessions with white paper output. Co-hosted with WLG and experts and partners on the working group subject.
We have a network of WLG Partners offering our community with services at discounted WLG rates. We also have an active Book Club where our members can share their great reads and offer them up to our community to borrow.
You can sponsor a meeting room, a lunch, offer up a venue, sponsor training materials, and or sponsor a guest speaker. If you can’t manage any of these options then there is also the chance to throw in some branded merchandise for our goodie bags for new members.

Mentor Membership for Middle Managers
£475pp/pa
Corporates can sponsor mentorship membership for their female employees, demonstrating your commitment to supporting their advancement and also accelerating your gender diversity strategy.
Individual members or create a cohort of between 6 - 10 female employees.
Creating a cohort enables your business to select the bolt-on workshops and education programs as you see fit for your specific organisations needs and budget.
The mentorship program is tailored to the individual needs of each mentee member. It’s their time to take an external prospective, receive unbiased support and promote self-reflection.
Typically, we work with employees to address the sorts of issues women commonly face including:
• Lacking confidence in their management abilities
• Setting very high standards of their own performance
• Use of language and terminology in a business meeting setting
• A reluctance to put themselves forward for management positions
• Attributing success to ‘the team’ rather than themselves
• Being appropriately assertive
• Establishing authority with reluctant subordinates
• Worrying about losing their identity in order to succeed
